Exhibition Night & Band Olympics

Exhibition begins @ 6 pm in the Campus Stadium
Palotta's Catered Meal @ 6:30
Training for Pit Crew, Bus Chaperones and Pavilion also begins @ 6:30
Band Olympics Check-in begins @ 7:30 pm
Students must bring at least $50 to participate. All money raised goes toward the trip account and will reduce the total amount for all students. Money also counts as points for the student's section in the Band Olympics.
We need Scavenger Hunt Drivers and Game Leaders for the Olympics
You can sign-up through Charms as a volunteer.
Go to your student's charms account, click on "Calendar" and look for the "Hand" symbol on the 20th.
