Exhibition Night & Band Olympics

Exhibition begins @ 6 pm in the Campus Stadium
Palotta's Catered Meal @ 6:30
Training for Pit Crew, Bus Chaperones and Pavilion also begins @ 6:30

Band Olympics Check-in begins @ 7:30 pm
Students must bring at least $50 to participate. All money raised goes toward the trip account and will reduce the total amount for all students. Money also counts as points for the student's section in the Band Olympics.

We need Scavenger Hunt Drivers and Game Leaders for the Olympics
You can sign-up through Charms as a volunteer.
Go to your student's charms account, click on "Calendar" and look for the "Hand" symbol on the 20th.

Charms Office

Log into Charms Office to see all information having to do with your personal band experience. To log into Charms, visit http://www.charmsoffice.com/, enter "oakridgeband" as your school code, and enter your 6 digit school ID number as your password.

Please make sure that all of your personal information is up to date so that you receive emails from the band directors and band boosters.

You can also make your monthly band dues payments online through the finances screen as well as check your balance on your fees account, trip account, and any miscellaneous payments that have been made throughout the year.

The school calendar section of Charms has the band calendar updated with opportunities to volunteer to help out with certain events. We hope that you will take advantage of this wonderful program.

Summer Band

Freshmen camp is July 29 & 30th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Summer Band starts for all band students on Monday, August 2nd. We will rehearse from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on weekdays until school starts. Please check the band calendar for specific dates and times.
